A Cry 1.5

A further understanding of pain.

Let's start here in the very beginning. Many of us can't tell where all the hurt and pain in our lives comes from because we don't go back far enough.

Back track in your mind to that very first change in spirit that you can remember. When did your your spirit of freedom of youth change. Can you look back and tell where your hurt first began , so monumentally that it changed you life and spirit.

When you refuse to recall your hurt you are denying yourself, a fragile part of yourself at that. That is the worst form of self hate. You are telling yourself that you don't matter enough to acknowledge your own pain.

If you continue to hold that in, it will engulf you, often times you may feel as though you are walking in a fog mentally constantly trying to ignore that pain that still exists.

And clothes, nor possessions can restore the value that was lost.

It took years before I recognized the role that Christ played in dealing with all the pain.

Your value can only be restored by Christ. His love is abundant yet he holds no condemnation. You are not condemned to live with the sin that was deposited in your spirit.

The enemy often times tries to capture your life in our youth, through perversion and to allow that sin to remain in you only condemns you further.

That sin is not yours to keep.

Through Christ's love he will give us peace and rest. No matter what you've done.

He is the ideal parent.

He loves us without question.

He will forgive you and never bring it up. You can always talk to him.

And he speaks to you through your spirit of good and righteous things and opportunity.

Don't deny his questions he will bring you to a higher understanding .

If you ask.
