Often, people are unsure about whether they are saved and going to Heaven. But this is something anyone can settle right now. Jesus said many times that those who believe in Him have everlasting life. >>John 6:47. Where does the doubt come from? Why the uncertainty? I think I know the answer. The answer is that they are not putting their trust in Jesus. They are trusting in themselves and their own "good works. "The other problem is, some other people are trusting in their trust. They are trusting in the quality of their faith. But the *strength* of your faith doesn't matter at all in order for you to be saved. What matters is the OBJECT of our faith. The object of faith for a believer in Jesus is Jesus. Jesus. Jesus and all that He did in living perfect life for you. Jesus: dying for YOUR sins. Jesus: rising from the dead. Jesus was the perfect God-man who died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. When we believe in JESUS, then we know we are saved. Do you know that you are saved?
