It is very difficult to analyze a culture as to Christianity as you can only judge such a culture from an outward appearance. When one comes to know Christ Jesus and decides to follow the ways of God, that change is an inward decision which affects the heart. That person is reduced to a state of grace. The power of salvation is upon that person. At times, you may notice it but it is to that person that a change has taken place. For a culture group to be most Christian, I would have to look on some of the ways the Holy Bible described the disciplines for Christian behavior such as the fruits of the spirit. From that perspective, I would say any group of people that makes very attempt to be like Christ Jesus, is humble, have the mind to serve others, and pray to God continuously, that group can be considered most Christian.
The same holds true for a least Christian group as it is very difficult to judge a culture group. For a culture group to be least Christian, I would still to look on some of the ways the Holy Bible described the disciplines for Christian Behaviors such as the fruits of the spirit. From that perspective, I would say any groups of people who are so callous in heart, and uncaring. This is a group of people who are self-centered. They see life as all about them and they do not care about others. Even if another group of people is kind towards them, they would not care. Sometimes, this group of people would be pre-occupied with things on their mind, but those things are not about God. Such a group would get the least count on being a Christian.
There are ways one can take to evangelize a culture. The first attempt is to pray for such a culture group by asking God to reveal the ways how to approach them in order for them to receive Christ Jesus. If you possess the prophetic gift, you should wait upon the Lord to get directives. Next, you should research everything to be known on such culture group, and if they are of a different language that your own, learn their language as best as possible. You will be required to obtain the things that they would need most as gifts. You should also see to it that the Holy Bible is available in their language. Your first trip to that group should be a short one no more than ten days followed by longer ones just to acquaint yourself and to give gifts.
As soon as you visited the culture group, observe their behaviors just to see if they are the same as studied. Take the approach to befriend one of them that can assist you to reach the rest of the group with the Gospel and introduce that person first with the Gospel. Take note of the changes seen in the friendship that has been established in the acquaintance as this person should be your first convert. Again, once you understand the culture in depth, use parables that the culture group can relate to. The good news is to tell them how Christ Jesus loves them and how He died on the cross just for their sins. Let them know that Christ Jesus cares about them and wants them to be saved.
