Who was that greatest man?
Jesus Christ is widely known as the greatest man who ever lived on earth by True Christians and others that have interest in Christianity.
This lived on the earth some 1,975 years ago, crucified and killed in the most painful, agonized state.
Before his painful death, hours earlier, He instructed his faithful apostles - the eleven (11) - to commemorate his death. St. Luke 22:19 give us the gist of what he commanded his apostles to do, it says “Keep doing this in remembrance of me.”
The greatest man said that the greatest love someone can have for another person, a friend, is to give or risk his life for the other person. Yes, this was the greatest ransom sacrifice so far paid for sake of humanity, the human kind. He did just so, hours after making this statement.
He finally died on a stature stake.
