When I was a kid, my parents told me about God. They told me that God created us and without Him we won't be here on earth. At my young age, I believe in God and afraid to commit mistakes and do bad things to others.
When I got in high school, I started to ask myself “does God really exist?” I never saw him ever since. I even think that maybe I believe for nothing. That was the time that I have many questions about humanity. That was the stage too that I am confused about what I want. I was never happy. Instead of having a good time, I just stayed at home and read books.
I then started to have nightmares every night. It all began when I woke up one day in the middle of the night where I couldn't move myself and I can't breathe. It became chronic and became worse every night. My nightmare lasted for almost one month. I was so afraid and I don't know what to do. My mom gave me a rosary and a rosary guide and told me to pray every 6 pm.
I did pray the rosary every 6 pm and pray to God before I go to bed. And what a miracle! My nightmare stopped. I always have the rosary to me everyday then. Not only that my bad dreams stopped but I also become a happy person and receive many blessings from Him. I did well in school, finished in university, was able to get a certificate to teach children, and marry the only man I have ever loved.
I know God is the reason behind my success. I do believe that God really exists. We can't see him but He's always there for us. I know that the nightmares I had is God's reminder for me to go back to Him.
Remember, we are nothing without God. No matter how you think you're good you are, it wouldn't be perfect if you don't believe in Him and if you won't thank Him for the talent that He gave to you.
