The Ten Commandments
by Mama Heartfilled, Sep 29, 2008
This is a unique gender- neutral paraphrase of the Holy Bible, which uses the true name of Yahweh God and of Yeshua, the Christ, rather than the traditional manmade form Jehovah. It is a work in progress, so these are excerpts in a continuing series.

October: Awareness of Domestic Violence Month
by Mama Heartfilled, Sep 29, 2008
The month of October is a scary time of year with Halloween fast approaching. We prepare all month for a night of fright, a night of fun and fear. We dress up in the scary costumes of Ghosts and Goblins and pass out treats in exchange for not being tricked. But the month of October, unbeknownst to most people, is also Awareness of Domestic Violence Month. For victims of domestic violence, the fear never ends, and there is nothing fun about that.

Of Jesus Fish and Jelly Fish
by Mama Heartfilled, Sep 3, 2008
As Christians, we should seek to always be more like the flying fish than a jelly fish. Instead of being a lifeless blob tossed about by the waves of life, we should seek the true freedom we have in Christ Yeshua, our Savior. We need to be Jesus Fish! We need to quit letting others control us with the waves of their emotions and strive to follow our Lord, who gives us freedom from all those commands of humanity; do this and do that.
